Return Policy

Tacabree asks customers to please check all sizing carefully and recommends reaching out with any questions regarding sizing or fit prior to making a purchase. You can email us at our email.

 

Tacabree offers the following return policy:

  • In the event that an item does not fit as anticipated, we are happy to accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only if the item meets the following conditions:

  • All returns must be sent back with shipping cost pre-paid and arrive back to Tacabree within 14 days of initially receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that they were received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • To start a return, please contact us at our email. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returns for size exchange: a replacement item will be sent, with shipping at the customer’s expense.

  • Returns for store credit: customers will receive a store credit code via email for the value of the returned item(s), minus any original shipping fees. Store credit expires after one year.

  • If a return does not meet the above criteria, it will not be processed. If an approved return is not received within 14 days, a store credit will be issued for the current retail price of the returned item(s).

  • If we do not have the requested exchange size available, the customer will receive store credit for the item price

  • Change the shop style photos to our own product images instead of the current ones

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
